By downloading and using the Fan or Fake application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Fan or Fake is an entertainment quiz app about celebrities. All content is for information and entertainment purposes only.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All actions performed through your account are your responsibility.
You must not share your account with other people.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile section of the App.

4. Premium Subscription

Fan or Fake offers an optional Premium subscription: Monthly and Annual plans.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are provided for partially used periods.

All content, design and code within the App belong to Logicalbond. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
